A big C at year end.

   An employee ( speaking about the lower level one called as executive ) saala no one care about him in an organization , provided only one ground nut to eat and made to run in a long race as if he is a bail of kolhu. ( kolhu ka bail ).
Mind my words here only those are given good pay and perks who are over loyal to their managers
if asked by some one that why is he paid double or more than double of me you get a good reply that his salary depends upon his last drawn salary.
Ghanta.... saala pehele ye to dekho woh padha liha hai bhi ya nahi , is he having some qualities for which you are hiring him with tagda salary.
One such example I have heard a guy who is working in an organization with required eligibility criteria is paid like  moong fali and his collegue jiska education se door door tak koi vasta nahi who is not even a graduate is paid like a an rat eating elephant shit.
Kahi chandi ke chamche hai kahi chamchon ki chandi
because
Reserved are getting more benefits then deserved's.
You are been hooked in a way that you even cannot open your mouth for higher salary in some other organization because tujhe yaha pe choti salary di jaati hai. WTF.
Poori duniya ko pata hota hai ke you are doing good work but there is wrong with your salary but jisko badhana hai usko nahi samajta.
At the end there must be a competition between employees but it must be a fair competition where the salary difference is of do ya chaar hazaar, this is called a fair competition . whats going in the example is not a fair competition its "C....yagiri".
